  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take anywhere from one to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Why? Since we work with suppliers all over the world, some products are stored in countries where transportation is much faster or slower.

Some products will arrive super quickly, and some will have to take a little bit longer… and we want to be transparent with you about that because we value you as a loyal customer of Home Art DIY.


  1. What's your return policy?

For more information, please refer to our return policy. But for a quick summary, get in contact with us at sales@homeartdiy.com, explain what went wrong, send pictures of the issue and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible. It’s that easy!


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply get in contact with us at sales@homeartdiy.com, let us know about the issue, and we will do our best to fulfill your order.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, get in contact with us at sales@homeartdiy.com and we will do our best to satisfy your order.
